[Update] Thanks to everyone who entered the contest. I've upvoted all of the winners from all of the valid entries below. You should find your code in your private GR inbox. You can redeem your code at my.com.
[Original] Our Armored Warfare haiku contest in November had a surprising number of entrants, so many that we're holding another contest by the grace of Obsidian Entertainment.
This time, we're giving away 30 codes for the Shishkin MERC Packs that include the Zhalo-S (Tier 4 Premium tank), the VFM 5 (Tier 6 Premium tank), and a 25% reputation and credit bonus for 1 week.
How do you score yourself a code?
This time, all you need to do is write a haiku poem in the comments section of this article about the Shishkin MERC pack for Armored Warfare. A haiku is a three-line poem where the first line has five syllables, the second line has seven syllables, and the last line has five syllables. Here is an example (used previously) of a haiku and what we're looking for:
Where metal meets tread, (5 syllables)
In the smoky battlefield, (7 syllables)
the tanks rule the war! (5 syllables)
We're taking feedback from the last contest and will be looking at all entries more thoroughly before deciding on winners.
Deadline
We will choose the 30 winners with the best quality haikus on Friday, December 4, at 3pm PST (that's the deadline!) and send a private message to your GameRevolution inbox with an Armored Warfare Shiskin MERC pack code to all the winners within the hour past the deadline!
Some Rules and Regulations
1. You will need a verified account on GameRevolution to receive the code. We do this to make sure that no one steals the code through other dastardly means. Sorry, the dark side of the Internet made us do it. Make sure that the account you post your haiku for is the same as your GameRevolution username or I won't be able to send it to you.
2. Make sure you post a proper haiku. If you don't, you may still get a code if we don't have enough entries, but if it doesn't have a 5-7-5 structure, then you will likely be passed over.
3. Don't plagiarize other entries or you will be disqualified.
4. These codes should be region-free.
