Bloodborne Has Been Delayed

Bloodborne, the upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive from the folks at From Software, has been delayed a month. The title was originally supposed to release in February but will now hit store shelves on March 24.

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Studio's Masaaki Yamagiwa made the announcement on the PlayStation Blog, saying:

It is with regret that I must inform you that Bloodborne will be slightly delayed.

While development continues unabated, we would like our team to deliver the best possible final experience. We were gratified by the feedback and data we received from those who participated in our limited Alpha test. The extra production time will also allow us to better integrate these learnings.

With such a weak exclusive lineup this fall, Sony better bring it in early 2015 with some killer games. Bloodborne appears to be one such title and hopefully The Order: 1886 proves to be a compelling experience as well.
