YouTube Now Supports 60fps Video

YouTube—you know, that super popular video streaming service?—has confirmed that it will now support both 48 and 60 frames-per-second video content.

If you'd like to see it in action, check out this Battlefield Hardline multiplayer trailer, running at a silky smooth 60fps. It's quite impressive, if I do say so myself.

If that weren't enough for you, here's a Titanfall trailer in 60fps as well.

Can you see the frame-rate difference, or is the bump in visual fidelity lost on you? Believe it or not, there are gamers out there that aren't total tech snobs. That said, I'm not one of them.
