Smash Bros. for Wii U Nintendo Direct Coming This Week

A very special Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Nintendo Direct will air this Thursday, October 23, Nintendo has just announced.

The live-stream will cover "50 new things" for Smash fans who've patiently been waiting for the console version to look forward to. I think it's safe to say that at least a couple of those "things" have something to do with the previously-teased modes exclusive to Wii U. Who knows… one may even be a stage builder!

You'll be able to watch the stream live at 3 pm PT, 6 pm ET right here. If for whatever reason you can't tune in, you can be sure GameRevolution will have all the important announcements posted as they happen.

Super Smash Bros. for Wii U launches on November 21, exclusively for… Wii U. I think the game's title makes that quite clear.
