Valve Offering 10 Free Games on Steam This Weekend

Valve is running a very content-rich "Free Weekend" on Steam starting today at 10 am PT, 1 pm ET. Over on the super-popular PC digital marketplace, gamers can download and play the following ten titles without paying a cent for the duration of the weekend:

Should you be interested in owning any of the titles permanently, Valve will be offering them at a discount as well, so you really can't go wrong. I hope you've got some free time to take advantage of this promotion because there are some pretty killer games on that list.

Star Citizen is an upcoming space trading and combat simulator video game for Microsoft Windows. Star Citizen will consist of two main components: first person space combat and trading in a massively multiplayer persistent universe and customizable private servers (known as Star Citizen), and a branching single-player game (known as Squadron 42). The game will also feature VR support.
