The Xbox Game Pass May 2023 lineup has been fully revealed. Microsoft unveiled the list of games that will become available for the service in the second half of May.
What’s new to Xbox Game Pass in May 2023?
Following the first half of May — which consisted of things like Redfall, Ravenlok, and the Shadowrun Trilogy — the second half of May is set to deliver a variety of new games to explore. First up is the latest entry in the FIFA series, FIFA 23.
The final game to carry the “FIFA” moniker after Electronic Arts and FIFA couldn’t come to terms on a new agreement, FIFA 23 is now available on PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate via EA Play.
Here’s the full list of May 2023 Game Pass additions (which includes the first half of the month for those who might have missed out on what’s coming):

- Weird West: Definitive Edition (Xbox Series X|S) – May 8
- Shadowrun Trilogy (PC) – May 9
- Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 (Cloud, Console, and PC) – May 11
- FIFA 23 (Console and PC) EA Play – May 16
- Eastern Exorcist (Console and PC) – May 18
- Ghostlore (Console) – May 18
- Planet of Lana (Console and PC) – May 23
- Cassette Beasts (Console) – May 25
- Massive Chalice (Cloud and Console) – May 25
- Railway Empire 2 (Cloud, Console, and PC) – May 25
- Chicory: A Colorful Tale (Console and PC) – May 30
May also brings with it a few new updates and DLC offerings for certain games. Sea of Thieves‘ The Hoarder’s Hunt DLC is available beginning today, May 16, bringing a new mystery to the open seas and offering a ton of new adventures and rewards to claim. Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition — Return to Rome is also out today. For those looking to pick up the Rome-centric DLC, Game Pass members will save 10%.
Game Pass subscribers can also pick up some free in-game items for a handful of titles beginning today. These include a free Ultimate Team pack for FIFA 23, as well as a Smite x Vshojo starter pack for the popular MOBA.
But while May brings plenty to Game Pass, five games are also leaving on May 31. These games are:
