Let a Star Trek Online: Delta Rising Producer Introduce You to This New Expansion

Perfect World Entertainment have a new video detailing Star Trek Online: Delta Rising, an upcoming expansion to the free-to-play massively multiplayer online game.

Above, you'll hear from Brad Stokan, art director on Star Trek Online with details on new gameplay mechanics, tier 6 ships, and a new adventure zone to explore. Specifically, "set 32 years after the events of Star Trek: Voyager," Delta Rising offers up a mysterious new "region of space recently made easily accessible through an ancient Iconian gateway."

The press release also states that "In keeping with Cryptic Studios efforts to capture the essence of the Star Trek franchise," Delta Rising brings players into direct contact with characters from the Voyager cast, including Seven of Nine, The Doctor, Harry Kim, Neelix, and Tuvok.
