October’s Xbox Live Games With Gold Revealed

Microsoft has unveiled the free games it's offering to Xbox Live Gold subscribers via Games With Gold during the month of October.

At the start of the month, Xbox One owners will be able to download Chariot, an indie platformer that features 25 levels of cooperative couch gameplay. As a huge fan of local multiplayer, you can count me among those very excited.

On the Xbox 360 front, the first half of October serves up Battlefield: Bad Company 2, while the latter half replaces DICE's shooter with Vigil Games' Darksiders II. Sure, they may not be the newest titles on the market, but both are absolutely worth checking out if you haven't played them already.
