Xbox One on Sale in China This September

China has approved the first foreign console sale in about 14-years to allow Microsoft to begin readying Xbox One supplies for sale in the far east with a launch date set for September 23rd.

Microsoft says that they'll have two different Xbox One bundles for sale in China, with one package containing an Xbox One Kinect peripheral while the other does not. Specifically, the bundle without Kinect will come with the system, Powerstar GolfNeverwinter Online, and cost roughly US $599. A "Day One" limited edition bundle will include the console hardware, Powerstar Golf, Neverwinter Online, a Day One-branded controller, and adds Kinect Sports Rivals and Forza Motorsport 5: Racing Game of the Year. The second bundle will cost roughly US $697.

Games will cost between US $16 and US $40 though free-to-play software is expected to perform well in the region, though publishers like Electronic Arts and Ubisoft will support the Chinese launch with full retail games as well.
