Yoshida: Uncharted Collection a “Good Candidate” for PS4 Remaster Treatment

Sony is brining PlayStation 4 owners a beefed-up PS3 port in The Last of Us Remastered, and, by all accounts, it doesn't look like that's where the polished-up re-releases will end, as Nathan Drake's trio of beloved adventures may be next.

According to Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida, Naughty Dog's collection of Uncharted games would be a "good candidate" for PS4 remaster treatment. "There are requests from some consumers for games that were released later in the generation, like Uncharted, which people might have missed, that would be a good candidate," he told Eurogamer.

That being said, don't expect Sony to go PS4 remaster crazy, as Yoshida went on to emphasize the fact that Sony doesn't "want to flood the market with remade games either." While I agree with Mr. Yoshida's sentiment, I'd love to be able to play Resistance 3 in native 1080p at 60fps using a DualShock 4. If only that game sold more copies….

What PlayStation 3 titles would you like to see remastered for PlayStation 4?
