Portal 2 Button Remapping on the Way

It's always nice to hear about a big company really listening to its fans and accommodating them however it can. Quadriplegic gamer Chuck Bittner, in a victory for disabled gamers everywhere, successfully drew enough attention from Valve with his online petition for custom button remapping in video games. It's impressive because online petitions rarely do anything, but I think a lot of it also has to do with Valve being pretty cool people overall.

Bittner put out the good news on his Twitter today, posting a screenshot of an email he received from Valve's Jeep Barnett confirming that Portal 2 will feature button remapping and horizontal-axis inversion in an upcoming free DLC update:

Power to the people!
