PlayStation 4 Is Coming to China

Sony has confirmed that it will be bringing PlayStation 4 to China following the nation's decision to lift its console ban, which has lasted a whopping 14 years.

According to the PlayStation manufacturer, the company "will introduce quality, healthy games that are suitable to China's national conditions and the preferences of domestic players, as according to the relevant government policies."

In order to make this happen, Sony is teaming up with Shanghai Oriental Pearl Culture Development, who will be handling all the fun stuff like distribution, marketing, and the like.

You may recall that just a few weeks back, Microsoft announced that it would be brining Xbox One to the Asian territory this September. There's still no word on when Sony will be releasing PS4 in China, but one would imagine the company wouldn't want to big the Big M too much of a lead.
