The Elder Scrolls Online Beta Key Giveaway [Update 2]

​[Update 02/28/14] Due to the overwhelming success of this giveaway, Bethesda has graciously given us an additional 5,000 beta codes starting today, in addition to the 13,000 codes we have already given out earlier this week. 

[Original] By now, a select few have been able to get a taste of what The Elder Scrolls Online has to offer via a closed beta, including our very own Nicholas Tan who has written of his perilous journey through Tamriel. For the rest of you, now is your chance to experience it for yourself, as GameRevolution has teamed up with Bethesda to give away 10,000 13,000 The Elder Scrolls Online beta keys.

Simple grab the beta key from the box below, and follow the provided instructions, and you'll be well on your way to carving out your own adventure in no time.

Beta takes place from Friday, Feb 28, 12:00pm ET – Sunday, Mar 2, 11:59pm ET

  • To redeem, visit and create an account at: https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/register/account-information
  • After creating and verifying your account, click “Redeem Key” button on the main My Account Page to register your beta key.
  • When the process is complete, you¹ll be able to download the game client from your Account Page.
  • Use the username and password you registered to login and play the game.
