Chicago Police Claims Teenager Killed Cousin Over Xbox Argument

A 13-year-old boy killed his 16-year-old cousin yesterday, and according to the Chicago police, an argument over an Xbox console triggered the fight. The younger boy shot his cousin while he slept.

The boy admitted he killed his cousin to police and his mother, and he said it was because of an argument over an Xbox. As of now, the police do not know where the boy got the gun, but I can assume it was from his parents and it was not locked up.

Prepare for speculation and wild accusations that video games are to blame for this horrific crime. Let's not look into how maybe the parents were negligent with gun ownership, or perhaps the fact that the boy would have killed someone over any heated argument. That would be just silly.
