Fortnite No Build Mode Permanent LTM

Fortnite No Build Mode Made Permanent Following LTM Success

After the success of the Fortnite No Build mode in the game’s latest limited-time-mode, Epic Games has officially added the No Build Battle Royale mode called “Zero Build” into the shooter. To celebrate the beginning of the new season, Fortnite initially removed the option for building from its default mode. Given the fanfare and positive response by fans to this simpler, uncluttered option, it wasn’t a difficult decision for the developer to include the Fortnite No Build mode permanently.

What to expect from the Fornite No-Building mode?

Epic Games, through a blog post on its official website, believes that the introduction of Fortnite Zero Build will bring an exciting option for players to experience its typical battle royale through new eyes, narrowing the focus on pure gunplay and movement:

“Zero Build is a pure test of weapon, item, and traversal ability. Zero Build can be found in the Discover page as Solo, Duos, Trios, and Squads playlists. (Access the Discover page by clicking on the “CHANGE” button above “PLAY!” in the Lobby.)

Without building, all players have the recharging Overshield as your first line of defense in Zero Build. Zip up Ascenders to access Blimps or use Mantling to get the high-ground over your opponents. Don’t forget to Sprint between cover on your way to a Victory Royale!”

This Fortnite No Building mode was originally leaked by several dedicated Fortnite dataminers. One shared screenshots of the Fortnite No Build Battle Royale mode being available for solo play, while another revealed that the no-building modes would be available after the limited time event and that there were loading screens with tips that read “In modes with building enabled…” As the rumors were indeed true, it comes as no surprise that Epic Games was already quite prepared to make the no-building mode a permanent option.

In other news, Fortnite players want Epic Games to re-release the Will Smith skin with a slap emote, and the actual name of The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild 2 may have been leaked.
