You can pre-order the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max on the Apple website starting on September 17, and they should become available at retailers soon after. Those who want to pre-order the phones through their carrier can do so on the Apple Store website, and they’re available unlocked as well.

As usual, iPhone pre-orders are starting very quickly after the reveal. On Friday, September 17, pre-orders will go live on the Apple website. In addition to accessing pre-orders through a browser, those who own an Apple product can make a purchase through the Apple Store app.

Pricng for the models are:

  • iPhone 13 Pro: $999
  • iPhone 13 Pro Max: $1,099

The iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max are the most powerful phones from Apple yet. Features include:

  • A15 Bionic chip.
  • A bigger battery.
  • Better display with 120Hz Promotion variable refresh rate tech.
  • New camera system.

Pre-order info for retailers isn’t known yet, but it’ll likely come alongside or shortly after those on the Apple Store. Those who want to purchase a phone in person can do so (while supplies last) when it launches on September 24.

This year’s iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max are more of an incremental update, improving all aspects of the phone. Unlike last year’s design, there are no major feature updates, so it might be a hard sell for those that have updated recently. In addition, these are the more expensive models, which means upgrading is an intimidating prospect for many. However, it might be a worthy purchase for those who have held onto their iPhones for a few years.
