Fortnite 3.19 update patch notes

New Fortnite Season 7 update squashes bugs in its alien invasion

Epic Games has published the Fortnite 3.19 update patch notes, allowing players to discover what’s new. After kicking off the massive Invasion event in the last patch, version 3.19 squashes some intergalactic bugs to improve gameplay. The new Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 update is out now on PS5, PS4, PC, and Android. It’s coming soon to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch — just hold tight!

Fortnite 3.19 Update Patch Notes: Bug fixes and improvements

Fortnite 3.19 update patch notes

Here’s everything included in the Fortnite update 3.19 patch notes:

  • Pre-lobby loading screen issue fix
  • Bows not working properly in Creative and Save the World fix
  • Broken request to join private party pop-up notification fix

Changes found within the new Fortnite version 3.19 patch might not seem all that exciting on the surface. There isn’t any sweet new collab content or a live event, though the quality of life improvements are always welcome. Glitches can be a real headache, especially bugs like Fortnite sticking on the pre-lobby loading screen or being unable to join friends’ parties.

These issues will no longer be a problem for PS5, PS4, PC, and Android players that download the latest Fortnite patch. Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch users will need to stick them out for just a little bit longer. Epic Games is currently working to push the update out across these remaining platforms.

Anyone that plays Fortnite via those platforms should keep an eye on the @FortniteStatus Twitter account for updates. Hopefully, there won’t be too much of a delay. It’s worth noting, though, that there was almost a full day between the Fortnite 3.19 update PC launch and the new patch coming to PlayStation and Android.

In the meantime, check out some additional Fortnite coverage. Here’s how to unlock Harry Kane and Marco Reus in-game. Not a fan of soccer? No problem — the Invasion event also brings Superman and Rick Sanchez to the party. Unfortunately, however, much to the displeasure of many players, there’s no Pickle Rick skin.
