2019’s The Witcher 3 Switch port ran surprisingly well as it took the 2015 PC and console game and shrunk it down to the weaker, more portable platform. Now the extensive and coveted RPG is jumping to another platform, albeit a less conventional one: the Tesla Model S and X refresh. Yes, The Witcher 3 is coming to a car.

Tesla has revealed the Model S refresh — and the interior photos all show video games on the screen!

The Witcher 3 Tesla Model S and X port, as shown in the above tweet by host and producer Geoff Keighley from the recent investor call, can be seen on the screen inside the car. The Witcher 3 headlines the lineup of games, but the rest include I Am Dead, Cat Quest, Fallout Shelter, Beach Buggy Racing 2, Stardew Valley, and Cuphead, respectively.

All of those listed titles are not too demanding, making The Witcher 3 quite the outlier in a sea of indie and mobile games. But even though it could be the aforementioned Switch port, it might even be somewhat closer to the PC and current home consoler versions. As noted by Teslarati from the same investor call, the Tesla S and X have 10 teraflops of processing power. That’s just under the PS5’s 10.28 teraflops and the Xbox Series X’s 12 teraflops and a lot more than the Switch’s one teraflop.

CD Projekt Red has not spoken about this bizarre port so not much else is known about it. Tesla, as a company, was also mum on the subject. However, CEO Elon Musk tweeted about the game last week, teasing that it was coming to the upcoming vehicles. This is all part of Tesla Arcade, which can be played from any seat through wireless controllers. The main screen even has a 17-inch, 2,200 by 1,300 main display screen. It may not be the most convenient way to play such an epic RPG, but it certainly is the most unorthodox.
