An alleged Nintendo Direct 2021 leak has suggested the company will soon showcase The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2, Mario Kart 9, Super Mario Odyssey 2, a Fallout: New Vegas remake, and more in an upcoming presentation. The supposed leak stems from an image of an internal document, shared on Twitter this week, which runs through a list of games allegedly set to launch on the Nintendo Switch.
The document includes several huge games and sequels, which would surely make this the most jam-packed Nintendo Direct of all time. However, the reality is that it is likely untrue — the image comes from a Twitter account with few followers, and while it has been circulated widely, there is nothing to suggest that it is really a Nintendo document.
Additionally, the document contains several spelling mistakes that surely wouldn’t have made their way onto such an important official document. This includes spelling software as “softwar,” and referring to Fallout: New Vegas as Fallout 3: New Vegas. The Obsidian-developed Fallout spin-off may not have been a direct sequel, though it certainly wasn’t an expansion to Fallout 3.
While plenty of software is included in the “leak,” it also includes the Nintendo Switch Pro, the long-rumored upgraded update to the Switch. It will apparently feature 4K support when docked and an upgraded Joy-Con controller.

While the above leak may need to be taken with a huge handful of salt, a recent leak featuring the Immortals Fenyx Rising Switch DLC dates seems much more believable. In other Switch news, a brand new online update added more NES and SNES games to the Nintendo Switch Online service.
