Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze Delayed To February 2014

During today's Nintendo Direct, Satoru Iwata announced the disheartening news that Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze has been delayed to February of next year. The game was originally supposed to launch this December.

It's a real shame that Wii U is losing a key piece of software for its holiday lineup. That said, knowing the game is getting some additional time for polish is always a good thing for the final product.

Stay tuned for additional updates coming out of today's Nintendo Direct.
