For Honor Year 4 Season 2 delayed paper

For Honor Year 4 Season 2 delayed (but there’s good news, too)

Sword-swinging enthusiasts will be sad to see For Honor Year 4 Season 2 delayed, but it seems that it was unavoidable. However, Ubisoft is planning on bringing something good to For Honor players in the meantime.

“[The] disruption over the past weeks is having an impact on our ability to deliver our [near-term] content updates,” stated the game’s official Twitter account. “For this reason, we have taken the decision to delay the release of Year 4 Season 2 to June 11, 2020.”

ALSO: Yes, the PS5 controller headphone jack still exists

The delay comes largely as a result of Ubisoft shifting to a remote work scheme as a result of the ongoing pandemic. While some game devs have managed to adjust just fine, others have clearly had some unexpected difficulties.

Although we’ll see For Honor Year 4 Season 2 delayed, it’s not all bad news; Ubisoft is going to be making it up to its fans. They’re working on a plan to “bring back fan-favorite activities” which should keep you occupied during this disappointing time. They’ll be targeting a release sometime in May.

No further specifics about these activities were mentioned. For now, you can look forward to Year 4 Season 2 coming out on June 11, 2020.
