new Tony Hawk's Pro Skater game

New Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater game leaked by The Death Set

The existence of a new Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater game by The Death Set, a band that has previously licensed their music to other video games. According to them, we’ll be seeing the next step in the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater franchise coming this year.

“Just licensed 5 new songs to Tony Hawk 2020 game,” stated a post on The Death Set’s official Facebook page which was highlighted on Twitter by Nibellion. “You’ll be hearing this s*** soon.”

Fans have been hoping for another entry in the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater franchise for some time, but we haven’t heard so much as a peep until now. There hasn’t yet been an official announcement, but it looks like one of the bands that will be featured in this game has let word slip.

The Death Set has some experience with licensing their music for video games. Previously, they supplied the track “It’s Another Day” to the Gran Turismo 6 soundtrack, so it’s certainly plausible that they would license their music for another game. Unfortunately, we’ll probably have to wait for a while before we hear anything official about a new Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater game.
