Final Fantasy 7 Remake pre-order bonuses announced

Square Enix has revealed several Final Fantasy 7 Remake pre-order bonuses, most of which are physical goodies at certain store. The bonuses include things like a replica of a Shinra key card and some double-sided art cards.

Several retailers have put up listings for the Final Fantasy 7 Remake that include these unique bonuses. The following websites bonuses are included with the accompanying listings for the game’s standard edition:

  • Amazon: Sephiroth PS4 theme (digital)
  • EB Games and GameStop: replica Shinra key card (physical)
  • Walmart: three double-sided art cards (physical)

Best Buy also has an exclusive bonus — a canvas pouch and metallic sticker set — but the Best Buy website lists these items as only being included for those who pre-order the game’s deluxe edition, which also includes a SteelBook case, art book, and soundtrack.

With the game’s March 2020 release date on the horizon, Square Enix revealed a new trailer for the Final Fantasy 7 Remake at The Game Awards yesterday. The trailer focuses on the game’s brooding protagonist, Cloud Strife.
