Megan Fox Sorceress

Megan Fox becomes a Sorceress in Black Desert Online live-action trailer

After a few days of teasing, Megan Fox finally finds her true self and that is a class within the world of Black Desert Online. The Megan Fox Sorceress character wasn’t entirely unexpected given the Hollywood actress’ looks, and our predictions based on the live-action teaser turned out to be right.

The full live-action trailer was created to promote the release of Black Desert Online for PlayStation 4, on August 22, 2019. The clip is available online but will also be aired on television spots nationwide.

In the trailer, Megan Fox, who is a confessed Black Desert Online fan, is shown driving through the desert when her muscle car breaks down. After spotting the blue quest marker that Black Desert players are so familiar with, she starts walking in its direction until she decides to put up her hair and make a run for it.

When Megan Fox arrives at the designated location, disappointingly, there is no NPC in sight to greet her. Instead, she finds a half-buried PlayStation controller–remember that the button is officially named “Cross,” not “X”–and as soon as she picks it up, the transformation begins.

Some cool CGI effects see Megan Fox slowly turning into the Sorceress class. First, a glove with a chain, then the shoulder pads, and soon she is ready to jump into the MMORPG as one of the first original classes.

A behind-the-scenes video shows Megan Fox speaking about Black Desert Online and how it can help someone to find their true self. She says that the game can be “beneficial for young girls,” and “a way for them to discover who they want to be and who they’ve always been.”

Black Desert is available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in over 150 countries, boasting over 20 million registered players across all platforms. Black Desert Mobile is coming to North America later this year.
