Killer is Dead Is Snuff Films, Samurai Hip Hop, And Glossy Style

Two brand new gameplay videos for Killer is Dead come to us by way of Famitsu, but even if you don't understand the dialog, there's a lot to gleen about how Suda 51's next project plays.

You have hand-to-hand combat, in addition to firearms… literally fire-y arms. That dude's robot arm gets engulfed in blue flames when the opposing samurai calls out his lion spirit animal. You can't fault Goichi Suda's insanely animated and violent style, mostly because it looks damn gorgeous.

Mondo Zappa (that's you, that's the guy you play as) also hops on the back of a motorcycle and takes a joyride with his mysterious friend, but the video below is probably much more entertaining to you. It's "Gigolo Mode", a mini game featuing a moaning women, some crazy electronic goggles, X-ray specs, and "sexy points."

It's a much shorter video, but you can watch it over and over again if you'd like. Killer is Dead will be out in Japan on August 1st for both Xbox 360 and PS3. We'll keep you informed of an American release date as soon as we hear one.

Hopefully we'll get hands-on at E3! Err… yeah…
