For Honor Rabbids event

For Honor Rabbids event is very real, playable today only

Ubisoft has announced a For Honor Rabbids event, and it isn’t an April Fool’s joke. Ubisoft announced the April Fool’s Day event. Despite the ludicrous idea seeming perfect fodder for an April 1 joke, you can find Rabbids in For Honor all day today.

According to Ubisoft, players that chose to participate in the special For Honor Rabbids event will come across Rabbids in the game and will receive a melee pack as a reward. The event started on March 31 at 12 AM ET and will end on April 1 at 12 AM ET. The surprising non-April Fool’s joke seemed to be confirmed by the existence of videos from several YouTubers and streamers taking part in the 24-hour special event. In the videos, we see the Rabbids taking the role of the mobs in For Honor. Unsurprisingly, the Rabbids look less than intimidating, wielding plungers and a range of silly looking helmets.

The For Honor Rabbids event is part of the game’s Year 3 content schedule, named the Year of the Harbinger. The Year of the Harbinger has added The Black Prior to its current roster with more content and seasonal events to come in 2019. Along with the content, the Year 3 update back in January brought about a host of balance changes for the Shugoki, Warlord, and Peacekeeper characters. The game also removed damaged being received from being hit by players sliding down ladders on top them.

If you’re disappointed to find out that the Rabbids making their way into For Honor isn’t an April Fools joke then you may enjoy this Sekiro revelation. Nintendo got in on the action with a trailer for a Splatoon Island game, a place to chill away from all the inky carnage. While Square Enix announced it would be getting into the mobile alternate reality market with Final Fantasy XIV Online GO.
