Microsoft has announced the Xbox Games with Gold April 2019 lineup that players will be able to play for free with a current Xbox Live subscription. Coming this month is The Technomancer, Outcast- Second Contact, Star Wars: Battlefront 2, and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2. These games will be available all throughout April and some of May, starting on April 1.
The Technomancer (Xbox One)
Starting off the Xbox Games with Gold April lineup is Technomancer, which will be available on Xbox One starting April 1 and extending through the whole month. Technomancer was released back in June 2016 and is a single-player action RPG. Set during the War of Water, humans have inhabited and colonized Mars. Players will play as Zachariah, who is a rookie technomancer and is on the run from the police. Will you survive Mars?
Outcast- Second Contact (Xbox One)
The second Xbox One game coming to the April Games with Gold lineup is Outcast – Second Contact, which will be available starting April 16 and will run until May 15. Outcast – Second Contact is a complete remake of the cult classic Outcast, which is said to have started the open world action-adventure genre. Players will explore the dangerous alien world of Adelpha, where they must survive and save the planet from destruction. Are you up for the task?
Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (Xbox 360)
Starting off the lineup for the Xbox 360 games in the Games with Gold April lineup is Star Wars: Battlefront 2. Released back in 2005, this third-person shooter is likely one that fans will know well. Based on the Star Wars film franchise, Battlefront 2 will be available from April 1 to April 15. Play the campaign as a retired Clone Trooper who is reminiscing on his time in the 501st Legion. Battlefront 2 takes players through the events of the 501st Legion, will you be able to survive?
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 (Xbox 360)
The final game in the Xbox Games with Gold April lineup is Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, which will be available on April 16 through April 30. This tactical shooter released back in 2007 as part of the ever-growing Tom Clancy series. Players will play as Scott Mitchell, Captain of the Elite Ghost Recon team. You only have 72 hours to defeat the rebellion. Will you be successful, or will you run out of time?
