Nintendo Finally Looking Into Rechargeable Wiimote Battery Solution

Nintendo's motion-based wand has been on the market for six years now, and we still have yet to see a first-party rechargeable battery pack from the company. Fortunately, that may change very soon, as a new survey, courtesy of GoNintendo, suggests that the Big N is seriously considering releasing one now.

While the initiative is unforgivably late at this point, I'm sure many Nintendo fans would welcome a rechargeable solution, especially when considering how essential the device has proven to be for the Wii U.
