The Bafta Games Awards 2019 nominees have been revealed, detailing all the games, developers, and performers who are in the running for awards at this year’s ceremony. The biggest awards in the UK gaming industry, the Bafta Games Awards celebrates a variety of games across multiple categories, including the coveted Best Game award. This year, God of War and Red Dead Redemption 2 are inevitably the running for the top prize, while unlikely entries such as Astro Bot: Rescue Mission and Return of the Obra Dinn are also in the running.

The Bafta Games Awards will take place on April 4, 2019, at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London. In 2018, What Remains of Edith Finch took home the award for Best Game, while Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice and Super Mario Odyssey were also big winners.
