PS Plus March 2019 Games

PS Plus March 2019 Games Features Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered

The PS Plus March 2019 games have been announced! Starting things off is a mix of good news and bad news that was announced with last month’s games.. The bad news is that this the PS Plus March 2019 games lineup marks the end of  PS3 and PS Vita games being included as both of those consoles are well into their twilight years. The good news is that cloud storage space for PS Plus members will be increasing from 10GB to 100GB. If you do happen to have downloaded any PS Vita or PS3 games via the PS Plus program, worry not—they aren’t going anywhere. You’ll be able to redownload them just as you always could for as long as you remain a PS Plus member. Now, on to this month’s games!

March 2019 has two games on offer for PlayStation Plus subscribers. The first is a bit of a surprise: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered. This game was originally bundled only with Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare but it eventually came out as a standalone release in mid-2017. This game is a stunningly beautiful remake of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and lets players relive one of the most prominent games in the Call of Duty franchise with several graphical upgrades.

Joining Modern Warfare Remastered this month is The Witness. Created by Braid developer Jonathan Blow, The Witness is a wonderfully weird puzzle game that plops players down on a mysterious island filled with a series of challenging puzzles. (If you’ve ever played the Myst games, this is a title that you absolutely must play.) The island is divided into several areas surrounding a mountain which represents the player’s ultimate goal.

That’s it for the PS Plus March 2019 games! Finally, an important note: you will have until March 8, 2019, to downlaod the following PS3 and PS Vita games if you’re already a member of the service:

You won’t be able to get these games for free again after that point. Any other PS3 or PS Vita games you’ve downloaded since then will remain part of your library. If there are any free ones up for grabs that you’d like to get, hurry up and grab them before it’s too late!
