Devil May Cry 5 How long to beat how many missions

Devil May Cry 5 Collector’s Edition Announced for North America

Special editions of video games are all the rage these days as nearly every big AAA release has one. So it’s only fitting that the upcoming Devil May Cry 5 would get the same treatment. The upcoming Devil May 5 Collector’s Edition has been announced for North America and will come out for $149.99 on March 8 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. There was no word on a PC release even though the base game is coming to the platform.

Amazon has listed the Devil May Cry 5 Collector’s Edition and it comes with the following content:

  • A copy of Devil May Cry 5
  • A premium case
  • Replica of the “Devil May Cry” van seen in the game
  • Art book and notes from Nico’s Workbench
  • A premium pin
  • “I Love Osaka” bumper sticker
  • An 11” by 17” exclusive cloth print

This isn’t the only special edition of the game, however. A Digital Deluxe version was announced back at the Tokyo Game Show in September. This comes with a set of Devil Breakers that Nero can equip, including the Mega Buster from the Mega Man series.

It also includes an alternate color scheme for Dante’s bike, battle music tracks from previous entries in the series, and alternate voice tracks. Dante will also receive the Cavaliere R weapon to use in battle.

Pre-ordering this edition of the game will also get you the “Alt Hero” and “Alt Heroine” colors for main characters Dante, Nero, Nico, Lady, and Trish. It also comes with 100,000 red orbs that players can use to buy upgrades from Nico, the game’s vendor.

Devil May Cry 5 was first announced back at E3 during Microsoft’s press conference. It takes place several years after Devil May Cry 2. Nero has set up his own demon hunting agency based out of a van and is set to find a hooded figure who destroyed his original Devil Bringer arm.
