Nintendo Labo Workshops

Nintendo Labo Workshops Coming to the USA

Are you and your kids (card)bored of Nintendo Labo? Perhaps you haven’t had the time, or know-how to get your way around the cardboard designs. Maybe, you’d like to get your family fun on with Labo, but have been put off by the high costs? Well, if you’re looking for a good reason to get back into Nintendo’s latest quirky Switch release, or to give it a try for the first time, the Big N has you covered. Beginning soon, across the USA, Nintendo are setting up free Nintendo Labo workshops.

Nintendo really are trying to get our imagination juices flowing with Labo, and the new workshops might just do the trick. These are free to enter and completely family-friendly. Lab Assistants will be on hand to teach you the tricks of the Labo trade in these one-hour sessions. If you or your kids are looking to get your Labo on, it sounds like a great day out. All workshops will be using the Nintendo Labo Toy-Con 01: Variety Kit, just so that you’re aware.

The Nintendo Labo workshops are aimed towards those aged between 9-12, but anyone can attend and learn all there is to know about Nintendo’s cardboard plaything. The full list of Nintendo Labo workshops can be found below and will take place starting in September (the full list of dates and locations can be found here):

  • Pheonix: Arizona
  • Orange County: California
  • Denver: Colorado
  • Savannah: Georgia
  • Baltimore: Maryland
  • Minneapolis: Minnesota
  • Charlotte: North Carolina
  • Philadelphia: Pennsylvania

The workshops represent perfect timing from Nintendo. The third Nintendo Labo playset is due to release on September 14. The Nintendo Labo Toy-Con 03 Vehicle Kit will drive our imaginations wild. Remember, though, that you’ll need to register your family online before heading out to a Nintendo Labo workshop. You can do so right here. Get out there and create!
