THQ President Donates Over $1000 To Charity Via THQ Humble Bundle

Humble Bundle announced a new Humble Bundle for purchase yesterday, consisting solely of THQ games for Steam. In just two days, the THQ Bundle has raised nearly $2.5 million. Five top contributors have all donated the same amount: $1,050. That in of itself is quite impressive, but what's even more impressive is that one of these donors is the president of THQ, Jason Rubin.

Mr. Rubin's contributions, however, were donated 100% to charity. Afterall, would he really need to buy the games himself, even if his company is in financial trouble?

Of course, Rubin isn't encouraging other donors to do the same. THQ could use the money, remember.

Have you bought the THQ Humble Bundle? It includes Darksiders, Metro 2033, Red Faction: Armageddon, Company of Heroes, and two Company of Heroes expansions. Those who donate more than the average contribution will also receive Saints Row The Third. You have 12 days left to buy these games for a super low price and donate to charity.
