Nintendo Switch Portable Charger

Official Nintendo Switch Portable Charger Can Now Be Purchased

There’s been more than a few individuals who have begged Nintendo for a Nintendo Switch portable charger ever since the console was released. And we don’t blame them, because if we’re honest, there’s something amazing about gaming on the go, isn’t there? Just sitting down as you commute to work and getting in a few hours of the latest game. The only problem is that sometimes, just as you’re about to get to the good stuff, your reminded that you only have so much time before your Switch shuts off.

Granted, that can take a while as the Switch’s battery life is reasonably good. However, now thanks to Anker’s officially-licensed Switch portable charger, you won’t ever have to feel as though you’re even a little close to running out of power as you play. But there isn’t just one charger, Anker has made two to give you choice on which portable charger would best suit you as a player.

The first charger, the PowerCore 20100 Nintendo Switch Edition, provides up to an additional 15 hours of playtime on a single charge. However the second charger, the PowerCore 13400 Nintendo Switch Edition, will only provide you with an extra 10 hours. Though there’s no need to be concerned about charging time for these portable chargers, as Anker confirms that both will only take 3 hours to fully charge.

If you’re willing to splash some cash on these portable chargers, then we recommend you use the Anker website or GameStop to pre-order. The PowerCore 13400 costs $69.99 and the more powerful PowerCore 20100 can be yours for $89.99, so be certain that this portable charger is something you really do need in your life as it’s a lot of money to spend.

What do you think of a new, portable charger being officially licensed for the Nintendo Switch? Are you willing to buy it, and if so, what makes it stand out in comparison to other battery packs you can buy?
