E3 2018: Super Smash Bros Ultimate Release Date Revealed by Nintendo

The Super Smash Bros Ultimate release date has been revealed, with the game set to make its way to the Nintendo Switch on December 7, 2018. The game combines every Smash Bros fighter in the series history, bringing 64 combatants into arenas pulled from across the Nintendo 64, GameCube, Wii U and 3DS releases.

The Smash Bros Ultimate release date means that it will round out Nintendo’s year, and the Switch’s second year on market. The upcoming fighting game took up the bulk of the company’s E3 2018 Nintendo Direct, with its full fighter list being detailed during the show.
