E3 2018: Spider-Man PS4 Trailer Hints at Sinister Six

A brand new Spider-Man PS4 trailer has been released, with the web-slinger being showcased during the Sony E3 2018 event and hinting at the inclusion of the Sinister Six. Insomniac Games’ take on the Marvel franchise is one of the most highly anticipated releases in the PS4’s calendar, and the Spidey deep-dive at this year’s E3 highlighted why that’s the case. The trailer featured a slew of new enemies including Vulture, Electro, Rhino, and more.

Spider-Man will see the superhero navigating through an open-world Manhattan, with Insomniac working hard to replicate his fluid movement as he swings between buildings and scales giant skyscrapers. It’s reminiscent of the likes of the PS2’s Spider-Man 2, one of the most beloved movie tie-in games ever, albeit much more technically accomplished and utilizing the full capabilities of the PS4.

The new trailer pointed towards the inclusion of the Sinister Six, a team of Spider-Man‘s most formidable foes.
