Zelda Breath of the Wild The Champions Ballad Master Cycle Zero Release Date

Zelda: Breath of the Wild Champions’ Ballad DLC Release Date Update: Available Starting Tonight

Zelda: Breath of the Wild The Champions’ Ballad finally got a release date at The Game Awards 2017. It’s a lot sooner than we hoped for too. The Champion’s Ballad DLC comes out tonight for Nintendo Switch and Wii U.

This Breath of the Wild DLC will be more expansive than the first and will focus on the four Champions you meet during the quest to take down Ganon in the main game. There will be a new dungeon to take on, and a goodie that was revealed tonight.

Eiji Aonuma, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild’s producer appeared on stage at The Game Awards wearing a Champion’s Tunic just like the one Link starts with in the game. He then pulled the Master Sword from a stone, and the trailer played.

One of the new aspects of The Champions’ Ballad we hadn’t seen before is the Master Cycle Zero. It’s a motorcycle that you get once you complete the challenges in the new DLC. Eiji Aonuma likened the cycle to the Divine Beasts wielded by the other champions.

To get the DLC you’ll need to get the Breath of the Wild expansion pass. You can play The Champions’ Ballad starting tonight.
