Explain Destiny 2 to All of Your Friends With Bungie’s New Trailer

If you’re deep into Destiny 2, chances are you’ve got that one friend who doesn’t really know what you’re talking about when you bring it up. Or friends. Or coworkers. But maybe they want to get into it and you don’t have the time or the facilities to explain it all to them. That’s why Bungie’s come forth with this awesome new trailer that kind whittles down the essentials of Destiny 2 into one easy-to-digest video.

The quick video clip attempts to break things down in about a minute and a half, explaining strikes, raids, the Crucible, and the story mode Bungie is so very proud of. It’s a decent explainer that goes out of its way to show off everything the game can do, especially if you’re short on time and don’t really feel like explaining “No, this isn’t Halo 6” to everyone in your life who doesn’t quite get what Bungie’s been up to after leaving the Halo franchise behind. That’s 343 Industries, duh.

Check out the video below and make sure to bookmark it for the next occasion where you feel the need to illustrate its genius, or keep watching it like a madman until Destiny 2 launches in full for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 6. There’s going to be a whole lot of content to devour, so you may even want to watch the video to brush up on what’s going on, too. It couldn’t hurt.
