After Months of Being Sold Out, the Nintendo Switch is In-Stock at Amazon

The Nintendo Switch’s demand has been quite the spectacle. It’s been five months since launch day, and thousands of consumers are still willing to pay a premium for second-hand units thanks to its low availability at retailers.

If you belong to the group of gamers who want a Switch, but haven’t been able to find one, Amazon has great news for you. The online store currently has stock of the Grey SKU available for those looking for one. Sadly, the Neon model sold out an hour ago, alluding to the fate of the Grey SKU.

For those interested in buying a Switch, you’ll want to jump on this now. Units are still being flipped for a profit of $50+ across the United States, and there’s no end in sight. Within the next couple months several major releases, including Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, Fire Emblem Warriors, and Super Mario Odyssey, will further increase demand for the console.

In our official review of the Nintendo Switch we commended it for its hybrid console/handheld capabilities, screen quality, and launch line-up. The feature set leaves a lot to be desired, especially when it comes to online functionality, but that’s something you can look past when enjoying single-player games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
