This Is What Total War: Warhammer 2’s High Elves Look Like in Action

Arriving later this year, Total War: Warhammer 2 is a proper sequel to one of 2016’s most successful strategy games. That means bigger battles, a more epic campaign structure, as well as all-new playable races.

Among those new races are the High Elves, an ancient civilization known for its prestigious warriors and grand mages. Considered a huge addition among fans, the new race will provide an entirely new style of play that vastly differs from what was available in the prior game.

Today, Creative Assembly has delivered an all-new gameplay video focusing on the High Elves. In the video a variety of units are shown off, including Spearmen, Lothern Sea Guard, a Eagle Claw Bolt Thrower, and even a Flamespyre Phoenix. Check it out below.

Total War: Warhammer 2 will release on September 28th exclusively for PC.
