Game Breaking Diablo III Bug Discovered: Error 3006

You're probably not even reading this, because you're too busy playing Diablo III. We understand… But if you are reading this, heed this warning: There is a game-breaking bug in Diablo III early on in the game.

While it seems to be isolated class to the Demon Hunter class, you may want to be cautious with any character class. Early on in the game, there is a Templar follower. Whatever you do, DO NOT trade your shield with him prior to accepting him as a follower. To be safe, don't give this guy a shield at all. Let him fend for himself by other means. Let him die if you must, it's better than breaking your game.

If you do trade, (why would you still do this?), you could be treated to an "error 3006" message, and be kicked of Diablo III's servers, never to gain access again… until Blizzard releases a patch.
