Sony May Not Block Used Games With PS4/Orbis After All

Sony Computer Entertainment of America President and CEO, Jack Tretton, has been quoted as saying that used games are "great for consumsers" and blocking them on the upcoming PS4, aka Orbis, would be "anti-consumer".

The news comes from the most recent episode of GameTrailers.com's Bonus Round where industry analyst, Michael Pacther, drilled the Sony exec for info.

Tretton, while personally doesn't disapprove of used games sales, did say, however, that the head honchos in Japan will have the final say, though. So ruling it out entirely isn't feasible.

Hopefully, Kaz Hirai, who has a huge task ahead of him in turning Sony's financial woes around, feels similar to Mr. Tretton.
