Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 To Arrive In August

City Interactive has finally nailed down a date for Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2, with some reports saying that it would release in June. Instead, the game has been slated for August 21, which isn't too detrimental when it comes to delays.

Pitched as "the most authentic sniping experience", Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is based off the advanced CryENGINE 3 game engine and attempts to make the shooting gameplay as realistic as possible (without having to wait 24 hours in the desert for a single shot). It will be coming for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
