New Trailer For Resistance: Burning Skies Details Multiplayer

If you've been looking for an excuse to take your shiny new PlayStation Vita online, Resistance: Burning Skies is the game for you. With online matches supporting up to eight players and a detailed ranking system full of unlocks and customizable weapons, this game's a no brainer if you own a Vita and have an affinity toward first-person shooters.

In the latest trailer for the game (see video above), developer Nihilistic shows off some slick gameplay footage as well as a few additional details on what to expect. The online will feature three different modes including Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and one unconfirmed game type that they plan to reveal next week. I'm guessing it's some variant of capture the flag or territories. For more details, consult the trailer.

Look for the game when Resistance: Burning Skies hits retailers on May 29th.
