Funcom’s The Secret World To Be Playable First At PAX East 2012

Funcom's upcoming MMORPG The Secret World, which Josh Laddin previewed at E3 last year, will be coming with a working demo to PAX East 2012 on April 6th, marking the first time that it will be playable to the public (not just to us elitist press and those in the closed beta).

At Booth 260 on the show floor, the demo will be available on 25 computers and allow players to "experience the full Templar starter experience in addition to the haunted town of Kingsmouth". Funcon will be giving regular stage presentations and handing out 10,000 Illuminati, Templar, and Dragon dogtags with a keycode that guarantees access to the upcoming public beta.

Published by Electronic Arts, The Secret World will release on June 19, 2012.
