The Last Story Will Arrive Later This Year

It's kind of a shame that the Wii has been fairly barren of good RPGs until now, with the impending arrival of The Xenoblade Chronicles to North America this April. Nintendo announced early this morning that one more RPG great will be localized in NA: The Last Story.

XSEED will be the publisher primarily responsible for localizing Mistwalker's game, which they have been pros at doing for some time now, especially with the Ys series. No word yet as to exactly when The Last Story will grace our shores, but Reggie assures us that it will be "later this year."

My guess is that it will be shortly before or right around when the Wii U will release. It's kind of nice to see the Wii potentially go out with a bang, unlike the poor GameCube before it.
