PSP to Vita Launch List

Bummed that the UMD Passport won't be hitting stateside? Maybe this will cheer you up a little bit. The PlayStation Blog announced today their full lineup of digital PSP games and PlayStation Minis that you can download instantly to your Vita, FOR FREE, if you've already purchased them digitally once before.

There are 275 games total, and Sony promises more are on the way.

I have to admit that I don't have very many digital PSP games, so this doesn't entirely get me excited, but I am glad to see that Sony is working on a little solution for those who do not live in Japan. At least Age of Zombies made the list. I love me some Barry Steakfries.

But to be honest, does transferring old UMD games really matter? Who would have time to play them again anyway with the Vita's spectacular launch lineup?
