Double Fine Raises Over $625K With Kickstarter Campaign

Think Kickstarter is only for college kids with half-baked ideas? Think again. New game developer Double Fine decided to attempt funding for their very first game by launching a Kickstarter campaign. Run by Tim Schafer and Ron Gilbert, the campaign asked for donations of $400,000 to fund a new point-and-click adventure game.
