Medal of Honor Sequel Will Debut At GDC

Late yesterday evening, EA sent us an invite for an exclusive event at The Grand Nightclub in San Francisco. The invite didn't reveal any information, but it did include the above logo – the logo for the Medal of Honor franchise.

Last year during GDC, EA held a similar event, but for the reveal of Battlefield 3. Part of EA's plan of attack against the Call of Duty franchise, is to alternate military FPS games annually between the Medal of Honor and Battlefield series. And since Battlefield 3 went up against Modern Warfare 3 this past November, it appears that a sequel to 2010's Medal of Honor reboot will go head-to-head with whatever Call of Duty Activision readies for this holiday season.

GDC kicks off on March 5th. The full GR team will be there live for the event. Stay tuned.
