Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D Arriving on February 21

Konami has annouced that the Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D, a 3DS remake for the original PS2 title, will be coming February 21, 2012.

Following the familiar story of Snake's rescue mission during the Cold war, the title will also feature the new Circle Pad Pro accessory, which will allow players "to target distant foes with ease".

It will also utilize the 3DS's camera by allowing the player to take a picture of the environment and using that as a skin for Snake's camouflage, whose effectiveness of course will depend on Snake's surroundings. This will make sneaking around the foliage of the jungle much easier, and yes, it will be in 3D!
